While I was impressed by the hotel's modern design and prime location in Nisantasi, the service left much to be desired. On several occasions, I encountered disorganized service at both the arrival and dining experiences. The lack of attention to cleanliness and the setup at the entrance were also concerns that detracted from my experience.
